MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION

MBSR is a program that introduces you to the “Mind-Fitness” training practice and (ei) emotional intelligence program. This powerful, science-based course is helping people who suffer from chronic pain, hot flashes, depression, anxiety, weight, alcohol, and prescription drug, among many other chronic challenges. Mindful Awareness skills training has been adopted nationwide by numerous hospitals, the US Military, law schools, and companies such as Google and LinkedIn, Aetna Insurance, just to name a few.
