CLASSES & REGISTRATION

MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) is a program that introduces you to the “Mind-Fitness” training practice. This powerful, science based course is helping people who suffer from chronic pain, hot flashes, depression, anxiety, weight issues, alcohol, and prescription drug abuse, among many other chronic challenges. Mindful Awareness skills training has been adopted nationwide by numerous hospitals, the US Military, law schools, and companies such as Google and LinkedIn, just to name a few.
